Job summary

SGS seeks an experienced APAC OT, Automation & Industrial Cybersecurity Lead to drive OT, automation, and cybersecurity initiatives across APAC manufacturing sites. The role supports major CAPEX and digital transformation projects, including OT remote access and EDR, with travel within the APAC region.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT and external vendors to implement standards, governance, and best practices across regional sites, ensuring secure and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of OT, Industrial Automation, and Industrial Cybersecurity experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial networks.
• Experience with IEC 62443 and ISA-95 standards; APAC regional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT, Automation, and Industrial Cybersecurity programs across APAC manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement OT cybersecurity strategies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical expertise on PLC, SCADA, HMI, Industrial Networks, and Control Systems.
• Support major CAPEX, automation, and digital transformation projects from design through implementation.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives including OT Remote Access, EDR, Active Directory security, and Backup & Recovery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, Cybersecurity, and external vendors to ensure secure and efficient operations.
• Promote standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement across regional sites.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate OT cybersecurity risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
