Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking an experienced OT cybersecurity leader to define and drive cyber initiatives across global OT environments. You will manage engineers and analysts, own the roadmap, and ensure capability uplift.

The role emphasises threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and governance across Singapore, India, UK, China, and the region. Strong leadership and hands-on OT security expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in OT/ICS/SCADA
• 3+ years in a leadership/management role leading teams or programmes
• Experience with major ICS (Siemens PCS 7, ABB 800xA, Honeywell PKS, GE Mark VIe, Schneider)
• Hands-on in security operations, engineering, architecture, and GRC

Responsibilities

• Define and direct OT cybersecurity initiatives aligned with the Group Cybersecurity Framework
• Lead and manage OT cybersecurity engineers and analysts across multiple markets
• Own the OT cybersecurity roadmap including technology refresh and capability uplift
• Drive continuous improvement of OT threat detection, incident response and vulnerability management processes
• Report to senior leadership on risk posture and programme effectiveness
