Job summary

SGS seeks an experienced APAC OT, Automation & Industrial Cybersecurity Lead to drive OT, automation, and cybersecurity initiatives across APAC manufacturing sites. The role supports major CAPEX and digital transformation projects, including OT remote access and EDR, with travel within the APAC region.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT and external vendors to implement standards, governance, and best practices across regional sites, ensuring secure and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of OT, Industrial Automation, and Industrial Cybersecurity experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial networks.
• Experience with IEC 62443 and ISA-95 standards; APAC regional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT, Automation, and Industrial Cybersecurity programs across APAC manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement OT cybersecurity strategies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical expertise on PLC, SCADA, HMI, Industrial Networks, and Control Systems.
• Support major CAPEX, automation, and digital transformation projects from design through implementation.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives including OT Remote Access, EDR, Active Directory security, and Backup & Recovery.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in OT, Industrial Automation, and Industrial Cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, Industrial Networks, and Control Systems.

• Background in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading regional projects and stakeholders across APAC.
• Strong understanding of OT Remote Access, EDR, Backup & Recovery, and Active Directory security.
