Qualifications

• University degree in a business or pharmaceutical/medical field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Commercial experience in creating and managing partnerships in a multinational pharmaceutical environment.
• Cross-functional experience leading multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of contractual obligations and partner roles in specific partnerships.
• Coordinate reporting requirements across Menarini countries and partners for timely data sharing.
• Determine minimum sales requirements and ensure budgeting alignment with countries and management.
• Maintain open communication to partners and internal teams, creating win–win solutions.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management before they harm partnerships.
• Schedule and manage routine meetings with partners, business units, and country teams.
• Work with Business Development to transfer new deals to the Alliance team smoothly.
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities arising from existing partnerships.
• Perform duties with passion and commitment to outcomes.
