You’ll report to the Assistant Manager and oversee accounting, audit and tax for the Singapore and Saudi Arabia entities, offering regional exposure and ownership. The role involves month-end close, GL reviews, audit support, VAT, transfer pricing, and acting as a key finance partner to the Saudi subsidiary while ensuring compliance with SOPs and internal

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years in accounting or finance, regional or multinational setting.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS, GST and corporate tax.
• Experience with audit and tax compliance across multiple entities.
• Exposure to cross-border operations, preferably Middle East.
• Experience leading a team.

Aufgaben

• Prepare month-end closing entries for Singapore and Saudi entities.
• Review general ledger transactions for accuracy.
• Prepare audit schedules and support annual audits and financial statements.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and issue discrepancies.
• Prepare tax computations for Singapore and Saudi entities.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns on time.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.
• Act as finance business partner to the Saudi subsidiary and ensure SOP compliance.
• Drive process improvements across the finance function.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks like management reports and regulatory submissions.
