Job summary

TALENT TRACE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accountant for its regional finance team in Singapore. You will manage accounting, audit and tax for Singapore and Saudi entities, report to the Assistant Manager, and drive improvements across the finance function.

The role offers regional exposure, ownership, and involvement in cross-border compliance and process enhancements. Prior multinational experience and a professional accounting qualification are preferred.

Qualifications

3–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
Knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS, GST and corporate tax.
Experience with audit and tax compliance across multiple entities.
Cross-border exposure, preferably involving the Middle East.
Team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare month-end closing entries for Singapore and Saudi entities.
Review general ledger transactions for accuracy.
Prepare audit schedules and support annual audit and financial statements.
Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare tax computations for Singapore and Saudi entities.
Prepare and submit VAT returns on time.
Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.
Act as finance business partner to the Saudi subsidiary and ensure SOP compliance.
Drive process improvements across the finance function.
Handle ad-hoc tasks like management reports and regulatory submissions.
