Job summary

Syfe is seeking a Risk professional to join the second line of defence (2LoD) in the Legal, Risk & Compliance function, primarily across Singapore and Hong Kong with support to Australia. You will turn risk frameworks into everyday practice, embedding processes and using AI/low‑code tools to run risk activities with less manual effort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in risk management, internal audit, or related control.
• Strong understanding of second‑line risk concepts and risk frameworks.
• Excellent written and spoken English with stakeholder skills.
• Role ranges from Associate to Assistant Manager depending on capability.

Responsibilities

• Support risk assurance, incident reviews, and remediation tracking.
• Prepare monthly risk reporting packs for management review.
• Assist third‑party risk, business continuity, and records keeping.
• Chair risk committee papers and track actions to closure.
• Embed risk frameworks and roll out training for first‑line teams.
