Job summary

Syfe, APAC's leading digital wealth platform, is seeking a Risk professional for its 2LoD function within LRC. The role covers Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia with a focus on risk framework adoption, incident management, and automation using AI/low‑code tools.

You will partner with Product, Client Success, Operations and the wider LRC team, turning frameworks into practical processes and embedding them across the business to enhance risk posture across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or related control function within financial services.
• Strong understanding of second‑line risk concepts and how risk frameworks operate.

Responsibilities

• Support review of operational and fraud incidents and remediation, tracking actions to closure.
• Prepare the monthly risk report pack for management review.
• Support third‑party risk and business continuity activities, including evidence gathering and keeping registers current.
