Job summary

Syfe, APAC’s largest digital wealth platform, is seeking a Compliance Associate in Singapore. This is a strategic, cross‑functional role within the Legal & Compliance function, collaborating with Product, Client Success and Operations to expand compliant wealth management services across the region.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of AML/CFT, internal audit, or legal experience in financial services. You will shape policy architecture, oversee regulatory reporting, and ensure MAS/SFC‑compliant

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, internal audit, or legal within the financial services sector in Singapore.
• Familiarity with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) and SFC (Securities and Futures Commission) regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Policy architecture: Develop and maintain robust compliance frameworks.
• Marketing review: Ensure client-facing communications meet financial advertising regulations.
• Regulatory reporting: Manage data requirements for audit-ready status.
• AML/CFT oversight: Implement transaction monitoring and KYC controls.
