Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Project Architect for a Redhill, Singapore role with a monthly salary of SGD 5,000–6,000.

You will manage full project lifecycles, coordinate with clients and consultants, prepare drawings, and ensure regulatory compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in architecture and at least 4 years of relevant experience are required, with preference for industrial projects such as data centres or dormitories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience
• Preferably with experience in industrial projects, particularly data centres and dormitories

Responsibilities

• Managed the full project lifecycle, including authority submissions and approvals.
• Independently handled and coordinated multiple projects simultaneously.
• Administered construction contracts to ensure projects were executed in accordance with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintained close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepared and developed architectural drawings and documentation accurately and professionally to meet project requirements.
