Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an architect for project leadership at our Redhill site in Singapore. You will oversee entire project lifecycles, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and prepare architectural drawings to meet strict design and regulatory standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in architecture and at least 4 years in architectural roles, with industrial project experience preferred, especially data centres and dormitories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Prefer experience in industrial projects, data centres and dormitories.

Responsibilities

• Managed the full project lifecycle, including authority submissions and approvals.
• Independently handled and coordinated multiple projects simultaneously.
• Administered construction contracts to ensure projects were executed in accordance with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintained close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepared and developed architectural drawings and documentation accurately and professionally to meet project requirements.
