Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Architect to manage the full project lifecycle from conception to completion on site in Redhill, Singapore.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, oversee authority submissions and approvals, and ensure design intent and regulatory compliance across industrial projects such as data centres and dormitories. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in architecture and a minimum of four years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Preferably with experience in industrial projects, particularly data centres and dormitories.

Responsibilities

• Managed the full project lifecycle, including authority submissions and approvals.
• Independently handled and coordinated multiple projects simultaneously.
• Administered construction contracts to ensure projects were executed in accordance with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintained close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepared and developed architectural drawings and documentation accurately and professionally to meet project requirements.
