Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites applications for an Architect with a minimum of four years of relevant experience to lead project delivery from design through to construction.

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring design intent and regulatory compliance are met. Responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings and documentation, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors, and overseeing industry-standard contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Preferably with experience in industrial projects, particularly data centres and dormitories.

• Managed the full project lifecycle, including authority submissions and approvals.
• Independently handled and coordinated multiple projects simultaneously.
• Administered construction contracts to ensure projects were executed in accordance with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintained close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepared and developed architectural drawings and documentation accurately and professionally to meet project requirements.
