Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Architect with strong project leadership to manage the full lifecycle from submissions to approvals. You will independently coordinate multiple projects, administer contracts, and ensure alignment with design intent and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors and preparing architectural drawings and documentation to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture is required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Preferably with experience in industrial projects, data centres or dormitories.

Responsibilities

• Managed the full project lifecycle, including authority submissions and approvals.
• Independently handled and coordinated multiple projects simultaneously.
• Administered construction contracts to ensure adherence to design intent, specifications and regulations.
• Maintained close coordination with clients, consultants and contractors for smooth delivery.
• Prepared and developed architectural drawings and documentation to meet project requirements.
