Job summary

Direct Search Global in Singapore is seeking a driven Recruitment Trainee to join our growing team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to presenting them to clients and supporting hiring through to placement.

This role suits someone who enjoys headhunting, networking, and business development, and who aims to hit recruitment targets while building lasting client and candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, databases and direct headhunting.
• Conduct market mapping and talent searches for specific positions and industries.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct telephone, video and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, objectives, personality and cultural fit.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Trainee to join our growing recruitment team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and sourcing candidates to interviewing, presenting candidates to clients and supporting the hiring process through to successful placement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys headhunting, networking, business development and working with people, and who is motivated by achieving recruitment targets and building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
