Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proven track record in recruitment or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling abilities, and business development skills.
• Confidence engaging with senior-level professionals (Managers to C-level).
• High level of accountability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Open to candidates new to the recruitment industry who bring transferable skills and a passion for people and business.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and build a strong client portfolio within your specialist market
• Deliver on existing client mandates and support urgent hiring needs with efficiency and professionalism
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies by applying critical thinking and creative problem-solving
• Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates through consistent, high-quality engagement
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: market mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns and proactively recruit mid to senior-level professionals
• Stay on top of industry trends and provide market insights to clients and candidates
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering performance and growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, marketing, and operations.
