Responsibilities

• Support marketing and student recruitment strategies to meet enrolment targets.
• Handle prospective student enquiries via email, phone, walk-in and digital channels.
• Follow up with prospective students throughout recruitment journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Advise on admission requirements and program benefits.
• Provide admin, clerical and marketing support to Recruitment and Partnerships team.
• Receive and check application documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain commission records and assist Finance with processing.
• Participate in recruitment events and other student recruitment activities.
• Manage institutional partners, keeping partner records up-to-date.
• Maintain approved agent list and ensure website alignment.
• Prepare management reports on market performance.
• Monitor sales pipelines and provide weekly lead and sales reports and recommendations.
• Gather market intelligence to support recruitment planning.

Job Description

• Support the implementation of marketing and student recruitment strategies for assigned markets to achieve enrolment targets.
• Manage prospective student enquiries and support conversion activities across email, phone, walk-in, digital platforms and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with prospective students throughout the recruitment journey, from initial enquiry and offer through to enrolment
• Provide accurate and timely advice to prospective students and agents on admission requirements and program benefits.
• Provide administrative, clerical and marketing support to the Recruitment and Partnerships team.
• Receive and check application documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain commission records, submit relevant information to Finance, and support the timely processing of commissions.
• Participate in recruitment events and other student recruitment activities as assigned.
• Support the administration and management of institutional partners, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner records.
• Maintain the approved agent list for assigned markets and ensure information is aligned with the website.
• Maintain and update management reports on the performance of assigned markets.
• Monitor sales pipelines and provide weekly lead and sales reports, analysis and recommendations.
• Gather and provide relevant market intelligence to support recruitment planning and decision-making.
