Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring, from posting job ads to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

The role offers an attractive base salary with uncapped commission, a hybrid work arrangement (2 days WFH), a central HarbourFront location, and a fun, friendly workplace. You will screen applicants, shortlist candidates, and liaise between candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• Post job advertisements
• Screen through applicants and shortlisting of candidates
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
• Inform candidates on job offers and contract signing
• Facilitating on-boarding/off-boarding processes
• Handling attendance and timesheet management
• Other relevant duties as assigned
