Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification or relevant work experience
• CEI certification required or preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
• Comfortable speaking with clients and candidates professionally

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions
• Source candidates through job portals, database searches, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment submissions for clients
• Support offer management and onboarding coordination
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and business meetings
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
• Support account growth and contribute to revenue targets
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with recruitment processes
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment workflow and operational efficiency
