Job summary

JC Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Intern to support our Executive Search & Talent Research team. You will gain hands-on experience involved in mid-to-senior level hiring across Singapore and the region.

You'll learn to research talent markets, identify candidates, engage professionals and support live hiring assignments, working closely with seasoned consultants.

Interested in recruitment, people and business?

Join our Executive Search team and gain hands-on experience supporting mid-to-senior level hiring across Singapore and the region.

You won't just be doing administrative work. You'll learn how recruiters research talent markets, identify candidates, engage professionals and support live hiring assignments.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves conducting searches and communicating with Mandarin-speaking candidates and regional stakeholders.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• An interest in recruitment, HR, sales, consulting, business or research.

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sales, business development, research or a client-facing role is a plus, but not essential.
