Qualifications

• GCE O/A level, NITEC/Higher NITEC, Diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment assisting in interview arrangement.
• Must be able to multi-task in arranging several interviews at the same time.
• Able to prioritise and manage high-volume interviews.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interview arrangement. Coordinate with interviewers and candidates on interview dates. Ensure availability of interview rooms.
• Ensure candidates provide the required documents for interview.
• Ensure documents are made available for interviewers.
• Interview details are captured correctly in system.
• Assist in administering of interview assessments to candidates.
• Assist in screening of CVs.
• Take on any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
