We are expanding our lean team and seeking passionate recruiters who can source tech and commercial talent, manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, and deliver outstanding results in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Open to all seniorities (junior to mid to senior).
• For junior candidates: 1 year of full-time OR 6 month intern experience in tech OR commercial roles recruitment.
• Passionate about Recruitment
• Have sense of responsibilities for clients and candidates

• Good communication in English and Chinese (due to communication with some China counterparts)

Job Scope:

• Currently we have ready clients pool of both tech & commercial roles across Tech, AI, Fintech, Trading & Quant industries.
• You will be responsible for sourcing tech or commercial roles mid/senior/leadership level of talent for our existing warm clients
• You will follow through the whole recruitment process from sourcing, interview arrangement to offer management to onboarding.
