Job summary

HAVE FUN BUGIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a front-of-house team member to ensure guests receive a positive experience from arrival to seating.

You will handle phone reservations and inquiries, register check-ins at the front reception, greet guests, and direct them to designated tables. You will record orders, serve food and beverages, maintain a neat appearance, and work with the team to deliver courteous service.

Job description

1.Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

2.Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries

3.Register all check-in customers at the front reception.

4.Greet and direct guest to designated tables.

5.Record orders, serve food and beverages.

6.Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.

7.Communicate effectively with team members andmanagement.

8.Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.

9.All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
