Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
• Register all check-in customers.
• Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system.
• Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• Assist with service duties if necessary.
• Complete all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
