Job summary

Have Fun Suntec Pte. Ltd. is a hospitality brand in Singapore seeking a guest-facing team member to deliver friendly, fair service, register check-ins, and ensure a clean, safe environment.

You will handle reservations and enquiries over the phone, manage POS transactions, ensure accurate cash at shift end, and support the team with service duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• 1. Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• 2. Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
• 3. Register all check-in customers
• 4. Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system
• 5. Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift.
• 6. Maintains a safe and clean environment.
• 7. Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• 8. Communicate effectively with team members andmanagement.
• 9. Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• 10. May be required to assist with service duties if necessary.
• 11. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
