Job summary

Have Fun Orchard Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused hospitality professional to join our team. You will greet guests, handle reservations and check-ins, process transactions at the POS, and help maintain a clean and safe environment.

You will ensure accurate cash handling at each shift, work with team members and management, and perform ad-hoc duties as required, always presenting a neat appearance and proactive service.

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
• Register all check-in customers
• Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system
• Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• May be required to assist with service duties if necessary.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
