Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in EE, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science & Engineering.
• 5+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience in RDA/inspection recipe setup.
• Strong proficiency in SEM imaging and defect characterization.
• Experience with vendors for FIB/SEM equipment setup, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor FIB/SEM equipment, improve capability, and interact with vendors for advanced functionality.
• Analyze defect data and write/modify inspection recipes to support RDA needs.
• Manage tool recovery, tool qualifications SPC charts, and coordinate with Equipment Owners for long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with process integration, data science, and yield teams to drive defect reduction.
