Job summary

BIT is seeking an experienced product leader to own the card issuing risk control architecture in a fast-growing digital asset financial services group. You will design real-time authorization interception, dynamic limit systems, and post-transaction monitoring to reduce fraud while sustaining payment acceptance.

You will collaborate with risk operations, compliance, data analytics, and engineering to drive scalable risk solutions within a governance framework.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payment risk control, card issuing systems, or digital banking product management.
• Experience designing card issuing risk control / real-time interception / limit management / loss prevention.
• Understanding of crypto basics; crypto cards or Web3 payments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the card-issuing risk control product architecture and end-to-end platform development.
• Optimize rules to reduce false positives while maintaining payment approvals.
• Build post-transaction monitoring, review workflows, and loss-prevention tools.
• Design tiered controls, 3DS strategies, and risk protection for different user tiers.
• Collaborate with risk operations to improve alert routing and case handling.
• Interface with card networks and BIN sponsors to ensure regulatory compliance and stability of decision engines.
• Explore AI and ML to improve detection accuracy and reduce manual costs.
