Job summary

BIT is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end risk control platform for card issuing and real-time payment interception. You will refine rules, thresholds, and monitoring workflows to balance fraud prevention with smooth payment experiences.

You will collaborate with risk operations, compliance, data analytics, and engineering teams to scale decision engines and ensure regulatory compliance across platforms. Crypto card experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payment risk control, card issuing systems, or digital banking products.
• Experience designing risk controls for real-time interception and monitoring.
• Understanding of crypto concepts; crypto cards or Web3 payments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end risk control product lifecycle for card issuing and payment risk.
• Refine risk rules and thresholds to improve fraud detection while reducing false positives.
• Design scalable post-transaction monitoring, holds, and settlement protection mechanisms.
• Develop differentiated risk controls for various user tiers and card types.
• Collaborate with risk operations, compliance, data analytics, and engineering to optimize workflows.
