Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd seeks a candidate for a buyside investment role in Singapore with 2–4 years' experience in Real Estate or Infrastructure, PE, debt or investment banking. You will perform market research, financial modelling, and opportunity screening to inform recommendations to senior team members.

Responsibilities include developing underwriting models, supporting deal execution end-to-end, and monitoring portfolio performance to identify trends and optimize returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience across Real Estate or Infrastructure investments.
• Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Develop and maintain financial models to underwrite deals.
• Support end-to-end deal execution including due diligence, structuring and closing.
• Monitor market trends to inform underwriting and portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with third-party managers and intermediaries on ongoing investment monitoring.
• Assist in formulating new investment themes and strategies.
