Job summary

Madison Hunt, partnered with a leading global sovereign wealth fund, seeks an Associate to its Real Estate investment team in Singapore. You will evaluate new opportunities, execute transactions, conduct financial analysis and due diligence, and develop investment theses across Asia and global markets.

Working with an experienced team, you will interact with sponsors, management teams, advisors and co-investors, applying strong judgement and contributing to portfolio management with a long-term

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience.
• Real Estate, Infrastructure, M&A, Private Equity or related investment experience.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Transaction execution experience, ideally with exposure to investments.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to articulate an investment thesis.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to approach unfamiliar investment scenarios thoughtfully.
• Genuine interest in real estate and long-term investing.
