Job summary

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years in real estate portfolio management or related finance, with strong modelling and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate, business, finance or related discipline.
• 3+ years in real estate portfolio management, risk, or related finance.
• Strong modelling and analytical capabilities with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and strengthen performance of portfolio and investments, with regular reviews.
• Engage with third-party asset managers for optimal investment outcomes.
• Monitor markets, identify trends, and support investment strategy research.
• Coordinate discussions with professionals (lawyer, tax, appraiser) for ad-hoc issues.
• Manage multi-national documentation and reporting flows.
• Lead collaboration with local staff including middle/back office and investment team.
• Maintain liaison with HQ department and adhere to governance.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
