Job summary

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited is seeking a Portfolio Management support professional in Singapore. You will report to the Executive Director, Portfolio Management, and work with asset managers, leasing teams and other stakeholders.

The role involves reviewing leasing and capex proposals, assisting with asset turnaround plans, and conducting feasibility studies for alternative leasing strategies within Singapore portfolios.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Familiar with real estate markets and valuation methodologies.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Manager in managing the Singapore portfolio.
• Review and evaluate leasing and capex proposals.
• Prepare management reports and board papers.
• Assist with annual budgeting and valuation of properties.
