Job summary

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited in Singapore is seeking a capable Portfolio Management support to assist the Portfolio Manager in overseeing the Singapore portfolio, reviewing leasing and capex proposals, and coordinating with asset managers and the leasing team on turnaround plans.

You will evaluate feasibility studies for alternative leasing strategies, support JV operations and divestments, and help prepare management reports, budgets and board papers, with a focus on financial

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• CFA qualification or Appraiser’s License adds advantage.
• Experience in real estate industry is a plus.
• Familiar with real estate markets and valuation methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Manager in overseeing the Singapore portfolio.
• Review leasing and capex proposals.
• Collaborate with asset managers and leasing teams on turnaround plans.
• Evaluate feasibility studies for alternative leasing strategies.
• Assist with JV operations and divestments and related workstreams.
