R. Andersen & Partners Pte Ltd is seeking a Fund Controller to join its Real Estate Accounting team and oversee accounting, operations, and reporting for real estate funds across Asia.

The role offers exposure to fund accounting, investor reporting, and strategic business initiatives within a global private equity platform. The successful candidate will work with experienced investment, finance, and operations professionals in a collaborative, high-performing environment, with strong learning

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, audit, or private equity/real estate finance.
• Experience across public accounting and private industry environments preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting and reporting, review monthly estimates, quarterly FS, and investor reports per US GAAP.
• Review fund-level expense allocations, management fees, and carried interest computations.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting for financial statements.
• Collaborate with auditors, advisors, and cross-functional teams on fund matters.
• Support Asia real estate investment reporting and investor information requests.
