JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated, independent and detail-oriented Fund Controller to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, management reporting, compliance, and operational excellence across our managed funds. Policy Development & Internal Controls Design, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard fund assets, ensure data integrity, and optimise cash management.
Investment & Transaction Support Support investment and divestment activities, including review of transaction documents, execution coordination, and lead complex accounting treatment discussions with auditors and various stakeholders.
ACCA qualification or a Degree in Accountancy. Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a fund controller or senior fund accounting role. Experience in private equity, real estate, or data centres is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards International (SFRS (I)) and fund structures and operations. Proficient in financial analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to details. Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across functions and levels.
