• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Experience in portfolio management and real estate analytics.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain financial models for portfolio decisions.
• Conduct Capex analysis and governance for boutique and real estate projects.
• Provide investment recommendations and challenge assumptions.
• Drive data governance and regional reporting.
• Support site evaluation and market opportunity analysis.
• Prepare materials for executive presentations on portfolio strategy.
