Job summary

Space Executive in Singapore is seeking an Accountant to join its finance team. You will manage full or partial sets of accounts, process invoices and journal entries, and support month-end and year-end closes for a real estate investment and fund management platform.

Responsibilities include GST filing, cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and preparing management reports. You will liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries as needed, in a lean, fast-moving

Accountant – Real Estate Investment & Fund Management

A growing Singapore-based real estate investment and fund management firm is looking for a capable, detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team. The company focuses on identifying, acquiring, and managing high-quality commercial and income-generating real estate assets, and is expanding its finance function to support that growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full or partial sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately and on schedule.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in preparing management accounts, financial statements, and reporting packs for leadership review.
• Support GST filing and other compliance submissions, liaising with external tax agents, auditors, and corporate secretaries as needed.
• Monitor daily cash positions and assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across company accounts.
• Track incoming receipts, including rental income, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Execute operational payments such as vendor payments, payroll, and financing obligations in a timely, controlled manner.
• Handle corporate banking matters, including account openings, maintenance, KYC requests, and related documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and financial records to support compliance and operational efficiency.
• Provide broader administrative and operational support as needed.
