Job summary

VRL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full set of accounts and implement strong internal controls. You will handle GL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accountancy/Finance, and proficiency with Xero or QuickBooks. CPA/ACCA is a plus; candidates must be proactive and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience.
• CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent is a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the full set of accounts.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate with project teams for cost tracking and billing.
• Lead the accounting team and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with GST/tax regulations and internal controls.
