5–6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
Deep domain experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and driving business change initiatives.
Exposure to AI/ML concepts or predictive analytics.
Foundational understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis, mapping, redesign, and governance of end-to-end business processes across RES, driving operational efficiency, standardization, controls, and scalability.
Lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, managing milestones, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
Develop business cases, project roadmaps, and implementation plans for process, technology, data, and organizational change initiatives.
Establish and maintain process architecture, standards, documentation, and governance frameworks to support operational excellence and business transformation.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, define future-state operating models, and drive adoption of best practices.
Drive data governance initiatives by partnering with data owners and system stakeholders to establish data standards, ownership, quality controls, KPI frameworks, and critical data elements.
Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Analyze business, operational, and market data to identify trends, assess performance, and generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Support and evaluate Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilot initiatives involving AI, automation, process optimization, and digital transformation technologies.
