Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, statistics, information systems, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, or performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational, financial, maintenance and resident data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance metrics for decision making.
• Monitor KPIs across service delivery, maintenance, resident engagement and estate initiatives.
• Translate resident feedback and service patterns into preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to improve resource allocation and planning.
• Support data-driven strategies to enhance living environment and resident experience.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data governance and accessibility.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
