Job summary

OCBC, Singapore’s longest established bank, is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager in Global Real Estate to support senior managers in managing a portfolio of corporate real estate clients.

You will conduct client reviews, perform credit and financial analysis, process financing, and help grow revenue while maintaining risk discipline. The role offers exposure to lending, treasury, cash management, trade finance and capital markets within a collaborative, learning culture.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of accounting, audit, or commercial/corporate banking experience.
• Basic knowledge of corporate banking products including lending, cash management, treasury, capital markets and corporate finance solutions.
• Sound credit and financial analysis capabilities.
• Able to work independently with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially minded, analytical, and results-driven, with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships.
• A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities to deepen relationships with tailored banking and financing solutions.
• Perform financial, industry, and credit analysis; prepare credit applications and annual reviews; manage financing through documentation and implementation.
• Monitor portfolio performance, client developments, and market conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
• Stay updated on global real estate market trends and investment activity to inform client strategy and portfolio management.
• Contribute to portfolio growth, revenue generation, and cross-selling while maintaining asset quality and risk discipline.
