Responsibilities

• Assist RM in managing a portfolio of corporate clients and maintain regular client communication.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand business goals and challenges.
• Collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Drive account strategies and cross-sell trade, treasury, and cash management products.
• Provide exceptional client service and respond promptly to queries.
• Assist with credit papers, financial analysis, and post-credit activities including covenant follow-ups and draftingLetters of Offer.
• Support onboarding and periodic KYC reviews in line with regulatory requirements.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Singapore and overseas to grow revenue.
