Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experienced with financial reporting.
• Candidates from audit firms with experience auditing real estate industry are welcome to apply.
• Experience with Yardi software is good to have.
• Strong knowledge in IFRS/SFRS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts and support monthly, yearly, and year-end closings.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accounting schedules, assist with financial statements, and manage AR billing, invoicing, collections, GST reconciliation.
