Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a finance assistant for a 4-month contract (extendable) in Singapore. You will handle accounts receivable/payable, general ledger tasks, GST/tax support, and budgeting preparation. Office hours, Monday to Friday, located at Raffles Place.

Responsibilities

• Process and send tenant invoices and monitor arrears (Accounts Receivable)
• Record vendor invoices and process payments (Accounts Payable)
• Prepare journals and finance reports (General Ledger)
• Assist with GST, Income Tax and budget preparation
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls
