Job summary

Unison Consulting is seeking an experienced Moody's RAY Technical Consultant (Upgrade Specialist) to lead upgrades and migrations of Moody's RiskAuthority (RAY) in Singapore. You will install, configure, and maintain RAY environments, perform post-upgrade validation, and collaborate with business, infrastructure, and Moody's product teams.

The role requires 8+ years IT experience with 4–5 years hands-on Moody's RAY work, strong Oracle/SQL/PL/SQL skills, Hadoop/ETL knowledge, and solid Unix/Linux

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Moody's RiskAuthority (RAY).
• Proven experience in RAY version upgrades and migration projects.
• Strong experience with Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL development.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop and ETL processes.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Moody's RiskAuthority (RAY) version upgrades and migration activities.
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain Moody's RAY environments across Development, UAT, and Production.
• Perform system configuration, environment setup, and deployment activities.
• Analyze existing implementations and recommend upgrade strategies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Moody's RAY applications and infrastructure.
• Perform post-upgrade validation, regression testing support, and production deployment.
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Design and maintain ETL processes for data integration from multiple banking source systems.
• Work with Oracle databases and Hadoop ecosystem for large-scale data processing.
• Develop Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation, deployment, and operational support.
• Monitor application performance and optimize system efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents.
• Integrate Moody's RAY with upstream and downstream banking systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and consistency across risk applications.
• Support data migration activities during platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on server setup, database configuration, and application deployment.
• Support risk management applications covering ALM, IRRBB, FTP, Liquidity Risk, Basel Regulatory Reporting.
