Job summary

Unison Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Techno-Functional RCO Consultant to work with banking clients on Moody’s RiskConfidence (RCO) implementations, data mapping and regulatory reporting. You will gather requirements, configure RCO, and coordinate data validation across modules while supporting testing and production deployment.

You will lead SIT/UAT activities, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with global teams to ensure successful go-live and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking Risk / Risk Management technology.
• Hands-on experience with Moody’s RiskConfidence (RCO) implementation.
• Strong understanding of Liquidity Risk, ALM, Stress Testing and Regulatory Reporting.
• Experience with LCR, NSFR, IRRBB and/or other banking regulatory calculations.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, ETL, data modelling and data validation.
• Good SQL skills and understanding of banking/risk data models.
• Experience across the complete implementation lifecycle: Requirement Gathering → Design → Configuration → Testing → UAT → Go-Live → Production Support.
• Strong techno-functional and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working with global banking clients is preferred.
• Moody’s RCO certification is an advantage.
