Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional RCO Consultant to implement Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO) for banking clients in Singapore. You will map data, configure risk models, and manage regulatory requirements, collaborating with Risk, Treasury, Finance and IT teams.

The role covers data extraction, transformation, validation and testing, with production support and knowledge transfer to clients. Strong communication and hands-on RCO skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking Risk / Risk Management technology.
• Hands-on experience with Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO) implementation.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, ETL and data validation.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and banking risk calculations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO) solutions based on business and regulatory requirements.
• Gather requirements from Risk, Treasury, Finance and IT stakeholders and translate them into RCO configurations.
• Work on data mapping, data transformation, ETL and data validation.
• Configure risk models, parameters, calculations and regulatory requirements within RCO.
• Support modules such as Liquidity Risk, ALM, Stress Testing, LCR/NSFR, IRRBB and Regulatory Reporting, depending on project requirements.
• Perform SIT, UAT, result validation, troubleshooting and production support.
• Analyze implementation issues and coordinate with technical/business teams for resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, data mappings, test cases and implementation documentation.
• Support client discussions, demonstrations, knowledge transfer and post-go-live activities.

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional RCO Consultant with hands-on experience in Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO) and banking risk solutions. The candidate will work with banking clients to understand risk and regulatory requirements, configure and implement RCO solutions, manage data mapping and transformation, and support testing and production deployment.

• Good SQL skills and understanding of banking/risk data models
• Experience across the complete implementation lifecycle: Requirement Gathering → Design → Configuration → Testing → UAT → Go-Live → Production Support
• Strong techno-functional and client-facing communication skillsExperience working with global banking clients is preferred
• Moody's RCO certification is an advantage
