Job summary

Hong Kong Unison Limited is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional RCO Consultant with hands-on Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO) experience to work with banking clients on risk and regulatory requirements. You will configure and implement RCO solutions, map and transform data, support testing and production deployment, and coordinate with global clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking Risk / Risk Management technology.
• Hands-on experience with Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO) implementation.
• Strong understanding of Liquidity Risk, ALM, Stress Testing and Regulatory Reporting.
• Experience with LCR, NSFR, IRRBB and/or other banking regulatory calculations.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, ETL, data modelling and data validation.
• Good SQL skills and understanding of banking/risk data models.
• Strong techno-functional and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working with global banking clients is preferred.
• Moody's RCO certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO) solutions based on business and regulatory requirements.
• Gather requirements from Risk, Treasury, Finance and IT stakeholders and translate them into RCO configurations.
• Work on data mapping, data transformation, ETL and data validation.
• Configure risk models, parameters, calculations and regulatory requirements within RCO.
• Support modules such as Liquidity Risk, ALM, Stress Testing, LCR/NSFR, IRRBB and Regulatory Reporting, depending on project requirements.
• Perform SIT, UAT, result validation, troubleshooting and production support.
• Analyze implementation issues and coordinate with technical/business teams for resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, data mappings, test cases and implementation documentation.
• Support client discussions, demonstrations, knowledge transfer and post-go-live activities.
