Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore invites applications for Manager, Standard & Curriculum at the Singapore Rail Academy (SGRA). The role focuses on developing, implementing and quality-assuring training standards and curricula for the O&M workforce, aligned to SFw-PT and ConOps.

You will lead harmonisation with rail operators like SMRT and SBS Transit, and collaborate with LTA divisions and experts to uplift Singapore's rail capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in training for rail engineering, operations and maintenance.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with clear communication abilities.
• Familiarity with WSQ and SFw; competency frameworks and instructional design experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and harmonise training standards, competency and curricula frameworks.
• Develop common training courses with content design and periodic reviews.
• Lead quality assurance audits of curricula and processes.
• Explore new pedagogy and learning technologies for effective training.
• Collaborate with institutes of higher learning for CET courses and education pathways.
• Maintain relationships with Subject Matter Experts to stay updated on rail standards.
